Traveling with children around the globe.BackgroundOn December 17th, we will left Israel on a journey that will take us around the planet in about 623 days. No, we are not participating in any TV shows, we are not racing anyone (we actually want to do this as slowly as possible), we are just a family that wants to travel. Through this site you'll be able to follow our progress, read our itinerary and travel logs, get tips and of course e-mail us.We spent a good deal of time preparing for this trip. Read our preparations section for information about the months prior to departure. From the moment we made the announcement, people have been asking a lot of questions. This site has three main purposes: 1) To provide family and friends a chance to follow our travels. 2) To encourage other families to travel and provide traveling with children tips. 3) To give us a dynamic way to log this once in a lifetime experience.
